I have had a lot of sushi from a lot of places all over the US. This is definitely one of my favorites! Now don't judge, but one my my favorite rolls from here (but seems to sucks everywhere else is the world) is their California roll! I know how, boring right? Wrong. For some reason they are awesome! I just live this place and always suggest it!

It was empty when i got there, but it was early in the lunch time, like before eleven. But the waitress was lovely. I was shocked by the prices ($5.99 for a tuna roll??) but was pleasantly surprised by the pieces of fish in the roll, but it was served with a fried.... Thing. I tried it, didn't know what it could be, tried it, wasn't impressed. Best miso soup I've ever had though! For two tuna rolls and a miso soup, it was almost $18.00. I did leave full, but the price was pretty ridiculous.

I gave it 5 stars for being the best sushi in Louisiana!! I have tried many sushi spots in Bossier/Shreveport area and I've finally found my sushi spot. The waitstaff was good, the restaurant was clean. We had the super rainbow roll, baked baby lobster roll, shrimp tempera roll, and a Philadelphia roll. All were very fresh and very tasty, the presentation was great and the chef sent out several on the house items which I think is important cause it gives you a chance to try new things!! Our tab was $56 and they gave us a friendly military discount off of that and were nice enough to also give us a $10 off coupon for our next visit!!! So with that being said we are getting ready to return for more the very NEXT day :))

I must have eaten at a different restaurant than the other reviewers because although I have eaten sushi all over the country, I've never experienced sushi anywhere as interesting and beautiful as here. The rolls are mini works of art that taste great! The wait staff was pleasant and the restaurant was clean. So glad I found a new go-to-for-sushi-place, since I recently moved to north Bossier and this truly was a concern of mine. We had house salad, miso soup, the crunch roll and a sweet potato roll. The chef even threw in an extra roll on the house. All were delightful!! If you like sushi that's more than just your average California roll, please give them a try!

The best sushi I know of in Louisiana. If you know real sushi, this is your place. The chef takes an insane level of pride in his ingredients and what he serves. Plenty of great Asian food on the menu for the non-sushi folk as well. Worth the 100 mile trip for us just to eat there.

Continues to impress. The same decor concerns aside, Kabuki has built up quite a reputation and clientele. They have become my sushi fix , which lately seems to be most Friday's after work. The buy 2 get one free to go is incredible value. The rolls are very unique from most other sushi restaurants, and quite large so be careful to only order a few. Rolls are tasty, fish is fresh and sauces compliment the rolls well. Chef and staff are very friendly and down to earth. Glad to see them succeed and become a staple in my dining routines. I've tried most all of the special rolls and a few fav's are the Fire roll, Eby Eby roll and Hawaiian roll.

Umm a sushi restaurant that's ran by ????, ...hmmm yeah let's leave it at that....nah I'll elaborate. Super Rainbow roll, Epic fail, too many flavors on one roll, didn't blend well. The fish on my roll was terrible. I tried to eat at this place a few other times and wasn't too impressed. Even the Korean food that my Korean friend ate was according to him was..."What the F-?" I couldn't really tell if he was squinting or had a sour face which really made me laugh as I tried to figure that out lol They do try to give you a free sample rolls...which is nice. A little to pricy for the quality of food....I think I'll leave it at that...

I loved it, thought it to be one of the better sushi places. Staff was awesome and helpful and they had Soju there. For the guys who been to Korea you'll get a brief relief of a bottle of soju but the bottle was pricey. Can't blame that since soju is hard to get in the SBC Area. I haven't had all their menu but tried one of the bowls and several rolls. I hadn't had a problem with any the food taste yet.

Sushi was a little sweet. The combination#4 took a while but they gave us a complimentary gala and salmon roll. Overall it was very good. And will come back

The service was ok but the food wasn't. The consistency of the sushi made me want to throw up. It took a while for them to make my sushi and it was super cold. Overall not the best sushi I have eaten in my life.

Not terrible but certainly not great. Another highly average restaurant in Bossier. Let the fact there is no wait for a table speak for itself.

The portions and the price match! Everything was delicious and extremely fresh. I dined with my brother and his family who just came from Japan and they said it took them back there. We went during lunch time and they were short on staff which meant it took a while for our order to get filled. The owner and chef made up for it though! He gave us a few free items because he didn't like the way service was going. On another note, the menu is easy to navigate and there are a lot of choices, Japanese and Korean entrées.

Not bad, not bad at all! The food is good, the owner is friendly. Only thing that may need a little help is the service. That's the only thing keeping this place from getting 5 stars. The menu has alot of variety and also has pictures for those who like to see what they order before ordering. Sushi is always good and everything seems fresh every time we go. We've received some kind of appetizer or dessert on the house every time we went in so that's plus. I would recommend this place to my friends.

This place opened very recent, so Im not sure how much was truly complimentary with meal vs trying to get word out. Ordered the tempura calamari which was entire tenticles fried vs the usual lil slices, but tasty. An order of Tuna Rolls and an order of Spicy California Rolls (which were excellent and had some sriracha on top, mmmm). Complimentary house salad or miso soup. Complimentary app (the Yummy Crispy) that was AMAZING for me and my 3 co workers. All of it was great and pricing seemed a bit high, but portions were large so it evened out.

The absolute WORST sushi I've ever had. Tons of mayonnaise and other things that shouldn't be in rolls-- some sweet sticky pineapple sauce drizzled over?! So disgusting. If you're a sushi lover, go elsewhere.
